NSPI becomes CAPA

For the past thirty-two years the Chicago Area Peace Action (CAPA), formerly NSPI, has used education and action to work for peace and social justice on a range of issues with particular focus on the reduction and eventual abolition of nuclear weapons. CAPA presents public forums with nationally known speakers and publishes a periodic newsletter. In addition, CAPA organizes public witness, including signature ads in local newspapers and petitions to decision-makers. CAPA also provides discussion leaders, video-tapes and reading materials. We invite others to join us in these efforts.
